Job Description

HighLevel is seeking a Manager BDR to lead the global strategy for reactivating dormant accounts, capturing new opportunities, and converting marketing efforts into revenue. This leadership role within the Customer Care organization involves building and scaling a high-performing team of BDRs, establishing repeatable processes, and driving predictable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the BDR strategy
  • Translate growth goals into clear motions
  • Lead and scale a global team of BDRs
  • Set KPIs and coach team members
  • Partner with Marketing for campaign follow-up
  • Create Customer Intelligence for targeted outreach
  • Build scalable playbooks and workflows
  • Deliver measurable contribution to pipeline growth
  • Provide executive-level reporting

Requirements

  • 7+ years of SaaS experience in Inside Sales, Demand Generation, or Customer Growth
  • 3+ years of people management experience leading SDRs/BDRs
  • Proven track record of building scalable revenue-generating motions
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills
  • Data-driven operator with experience in pipeline attribution
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence
