Job Description

The Manager, Inside Sales will lead and develop a team focused on value-driven conversations with customers and leads. This role requires strategic thinking, organization, and a high level of accountability, with a focus on fostering a results-oriented and collaborative environment. The manager will be responsible for driving team KPIs, providing coaching, and ensuring customer success with the HighLevel platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent SaaS Experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading customer-facing teams in a SaaS environment
  • 3+ years of experience in staffing, performance management, and coaching
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Strong collaboration and time-management skills
  • Experience with data/analytics tools
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Knowledge of Social Media Management, Advertising, Website/Funnel Building, and SEO
