This role focuses on impacting the experience of SaaS prospects at the start of their customer journey. The specialist will engage and nurture new customer relationships, align solutions to customer goals, and drive trial conversions through demos and communication. The ideal candidate thrives in a performance-based environment and possesses strong communication and technical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage and nurture new customer relationships
  • Align solutions to customer goals
  • Develop rapport with new business customers
  • Articulate the value proposition of the HighLevel platform
  • Conduct consultative trial engagement via Zoom
  • Engage through phone, SMS, email, and live Zoom support
  • Collaborate with customers and teams to identify solutions
  • Provide technical support during the trial period
  • Implement methods to obtain desired results

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent SaaS experience
  • 0-2 Years of customer service or Sales Development/Technical Sales experience
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Working knowledge of CRM, Marketing Automation, Social Media, and SEO
  • Experience with CRM platforms and communication systems
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and social media platforms
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to translate technical ideas
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
