Job Description

Aircall is seeking a tech-savvy and relationship-oriented Digital Customer Success Intern to support their growing client base. The intern will focus on driving value realization, adopting a data-driven approach to customer engagement, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the customer experience and identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee customers in Zendesk and drive value realization
  • Adopt a data-driven approach to customer growth
  • Evaluate and implement metrics to monitor account development
  • Maintain a pulse on customer utilization and performance
  • Drive customers through the ideal journey using digital touch
  • Upsell additional products/services based on data
  • Deliver expertise through webinars and guides
  • Provide feedback to improve automations
  • Collaborate with marketing to create valuable content
  • Advocate for customers internally
  • Inspire strategic thinking about platform usage
  • Share new ideas to delight customers

Requirements

  • First experience in Sales and/or Customer Success Management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work from the New York office
  • Passion for customer experience
  • Comfort managing tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a similar environment is a plus
