Job Description

Aircall is seeking an engaged and passionate Key Account Manager to manage a portfolio of top-tier North American customers. The role focuses on driving customer growth, adoption, satisfaction, and retention while proactively implementing best practices and fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers. This position is based in New York, San Francisco, or Bellevue (Seattle).

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 25-35 Key accounts in NA
  • Ensure customer growth, adoption, satisfaction, and retention
  • Monitor account activity and implement best practices
  • Manage change related to new technologies
  • Develop networks with key decision-makers
  • Handle contract renegotiations
  • Understand customer specifics
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and partners
  • Integrate Aircall into customer software stacks
  • Organize quarterly on-site visits
  • Improve segment strategy
  • Contribute to the Success team
  • Increase customer satisfaction
  • Improve processes and tools
  • Gather product feedback
  • Bring in new ideas

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience in the telecom industry or SaaS solutions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfort handling complex projects
  • Data-driven recommendation skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Track record of meeting account growth targets
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Salesforce, CRMs, and Google suite
