Aircall is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and operate business-critical features for their AI teams. The role requires strong frontend development skills, preferably in React, and will involve participation in all stages of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements analysis
• Design, architecture, and delivery of product features
• Write, test, and deploy scalable code
• Revise, update, refactor, and debug code
• Deliver high quality, secure voice solutions
• Optimize product and platform performance
• Participate in on-call rotation

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
• Strong frontend experience, ideally in React
• Proficiency in Python or Typescript/Node.js and AWS is a plus
• Exposure to LLM development
