Aircall is seeking a Software Engineer for the Integrations team to design, develop, and optimize scalable cloud-based solutions. The role involves working across the entire software development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the architecture, coding, testing, and deployment of high-quality software.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements analysis
• Design, architecture, and delivery of development
• Write, test, and deploy scalable code
• Revise, update, refactor, and debug code
• Participate in code reviews
• Deliver high quality, secure voice solutions
• Optimize product and platform performance
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Prioritize security

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in back-end or full-stack development
• Expert level programming in Typescript, Python, or Ruby
• Deep understanding of software development practices and scalable system architecture
• Understanding of distributed computing principles and cloud-based platforms
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with on-call rotations and monitoring systems
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
