Responsibilities

• Partner with product and business leaders to define analytics roadmap
• Deliver key projects in customer acquisition, engagement, and retention

• Build a culture of experimentation through A/B testing
• Improve data stack, governance, and analysis quality

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in a high growth environment
• Proficiency in SQL
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience in building rigorous experiments
