Aircall is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to manage and operate their AWS Cloud Infrastructure, collaborating with peers and business teams. The role requires deep hands-on experience with AWS and a strong understanding of DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate AWS Cloud Infrastructure
• Develop major team-scoped projects
• Proactively communicate and collaborate cross-functionally
• Mentor junior engineers
• Write production-ready code
• Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, and instrumentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents
• Promote engineering best practices
• Improve engineering skills
• Interview prospective candidates

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience operating AWS Infrastructure
• Monitoring & Observability with Datadog
• CI/CD: Gitlab, ArgoCD
• IaC: Terraform, Cloudformation (SAM)
• AWS datastores: RDS Aurora MySQL & PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Neptune, S3, Redshift
• Containerization: Docker and EKS & Service Mesh - Istio
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure
• Deep understanding of DevOps practices
