Aircall is seeking a creative, social-first Digital Content Producer to join their Content & Creative team in Seattle. This role focuses on producing high-quality, platform-native content to drive engagement, grow brand presence, and align with current digital and social media trends.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms
• Stay on top of social and cultural trends
• Design and produce creative assets
• Shoot, edit, and produce short-form and long-form video
• Manage creative tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in content creation or a related role
• Strong design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
• Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, iMovie)
• Familiarity with social analytics
• Creativity and ability to translate trends
• Excellent communication skills
