Job Description

Aircall is seeking a strategic Customer Marketing Manager to lead initiatives that drive customer advocacy, expansion, product adoption, and retention for their global business. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to impact Aircall’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage customer advocacy programs
  • Foster a sense of community through customer advisory boards and events
  • Manage programs to gather customer feedback
  • Deploy personalized, multi-channel campaigns for customer expansion
  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Track customer engagement KPIs
  • Establish governance for customer-facing communications

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Marketing or related role
  • Experience building customer advocacy programs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Salesforce, Hubspot, and customer engagement platforms
  • Empathetic and customer-first mindset
  • Strategic thinking and execution skills
  • Collaborative and organized with project management skills
