Job Description

Aircall is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their North America Sales team. This role focuses on prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking demos, serving as an entry point into a SaaS sales career with uncapped commission potential. The position is hybrid and based in NYC.

Responsibilities

  • Uncover and create qualified opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking
  • Execute outbound campaigns to book demos/meetings
  • Research and prospect ideal customers
  • Understand lead business needs and build relationships
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to accelerate the sales cycle
  • Represent Aircall professionally
  • Utilize Salesforce for daily activity and process
