Job Description

Aircall is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to connect their AI Agents technology to real-world SMB workflows. This role involves designing, implementing, and operationalizing AI solutions for customers, collaborating with various teams, and driving team upskilling. The ideal candidate will be fluent in APIs, confident in managing technical projects, and eager to learn and scale new AI models.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery and design sessions
• Design, build, and deploy integrations using low/no-code platforms
• Collaborate with Engineering to resolve blockers
• Configure and optimize the AI Agent
• Manage cross-functional deployments
• Create scalable models and reusable frameworks
• Champion continuous learning and enablement
• Run outbound campaigns to generate pipeline
• Collaborate with GTM leadership
• Act as an internal product owner
• Collaborate with Product and PMM
• Drive internal and external product education
• Maintain awareness of AI and CX industry trends

Requirements

• 5–8 years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integration-focused project management
• Strong command of APIs, webhooks, and data structures
• Hands-on experience with low-code orchestration tools and CRM automation
• Practical understanding of AI workflow configuration
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
