Job Description

Peerspace is seeking a Lead Product Designer (Contract) to shape the next phase of growth by focusing on product-led growth and new guest acquisition. The role involves leading design for end-to-end experiences, creating prototypes, and collaborating with various teams to improve the product experience and drive organic discovery, engagement, and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Lead design exploration through tested prototypes
• Synthesize findings into actionable design recommendations
• Create user-testable prototypes in Figma
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership
• Project-manage own work and share progress
• Ensure new ideas scale within the ecosystem

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of digital product design experience
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into testable directions
• Strategic thinking with visual and brand execution
• Expertise in Figma
• Experience with motion tools (Framer, Principle, etc.)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Independent work ethic in a fast-paced environment
