Peerspace is seeking a Product Designer to join their Core Experience team, focusing on optimizing the guest discovery and booking process. This role involves refining user conversion, usability, and delight across web and mobile products, collaborating with design, product, and engineering teams. The position emphasizes thoughtful, continuous improvement and leverages AI tools and Figma for prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable solutions using Figma
• Run usability and growth experiments
• Expand and maintain the design system
• Collaborate with design, product, and engineering
• Prototype and test ideas with research team
• Communicate design decisions clearly
• Contribute to design critiques

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience designing consumer or marketplace products
• Fluent in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants)
• Experience with UI motion tools
• Experience designing for web and native apps
• Comfortable with user research
• Curious about AI in design
• Experience maintaining a design system
• Excellent communication skills
