Job Description

Kobalt Music Publishing is seeking a visionary Vice President of Catalog Marketing to lead global strategies focused on driving catalog consumption, audience development, and revenue growth through innovative, data-driven campaigns. This role requires a strategic leader with deep catalog expertise and a passion for connecting timeless songs with new audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a global catalog marketing strategy
  • Identify high-priority catalogs and compositions
  • Develop and execute global and regional campaigns
  • Create compelling narratives around composers and songs
  • Partner with DSPs and media for playlisting and activations
  • Monitor campaign performance and refine marketing approaches
  • Align catalog marketing with Sync opportunities
  • Collaborate with PR and Business Development

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in catalog or music marketing
  • Proven success building multi-platform campaigns
