Kobalt Music is seeking a Director, Client Onboarding to oversee the onboarding of key clients. This role ensures a seamless onboarding lifecycle, managing projects, collaborating cross-functionally, and proactively addressing roadblocks to deliver a world-class client experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-deal implementation scoping calls
• Lead post-deal kickoff meetings
• Manage end-to-end project timelines
• Partner with internal teams to remove barriers
• Review, clean, and analyze datasets
• Monitor onboarding performance metrics
• Support income tracking and revenue recognition

Requirements

• Multiple project management experience
• Data handling and reconciliation skills
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Adaptability to new systems
• Experience in client onboarding or related field
• Strong technical skills in Excel and CSV handling
• Cross-functional experience
• Knowledge of music publishing is desirable
