Job Description

Rocket Travel by Agoda is seeking a Partner Success Manager to manage large-scale enterprise partners, ensuring exceptional service delivery and meeting agreed service levels. This role involves operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, partner relationship management, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end operational relationship with partners
  • Monitor and drive performance against SLAs and KPIs
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational issues
  • Ensure partner adherence to processes and compliance
  • Serve as voice of partner within Rocket Travel
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Facilitate communication between partners and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships
  • Understand partner business goals
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Manage and resolve partner requests
  • Track, analyze, and report on partner performance
  • Prepare performance updates
  • Gather and act on partner feedback

Requirements

  • 2+ years of partner or account management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience managing service delivery, SLAs, and KPIs
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Analytical and data-driven
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable in a hybrid, multicultural environment
  • Authorized to work in the US
