Job Description

Rocket Travel by Agoda is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the strategic development, optimization, and management of hotel programs for white label partners. This role involves data analysis, supplier relationship management, program performance evaluation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize hotel, flight, car, and insurance supply
  • Analyze supply trends and identify opportunities
  • Manage supplier partnerships
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience Group
  • Set and measure supply initiatives
  • Launch new White Label partners
  • Manage hotel rate distribution
  • Resolve supply escalations
  • Establish and analyze hotel collection KPIs
  • Negotiate commercial terms with hotels
  • Work with connectivity and market management teams
  • Market programs to white label partners

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in B2B2C, supply management, travel, or hotel programs
  • Autonomous worker with a bias to action
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable leading meetings and presenting to stakeholders
  • Customer-focused
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Goal-oriented and understanding of business objectives
  • Curious mind and growth mindset
