Rocket Travel by Agoda is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager to manage and grow a key financial institution partnership, driving mutual success through strategic relationship management and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship owner for a key financial institution partner
• Develop and execute partnership strategies
• Identify and support new partnership opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Facilitate business reviews
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in account management at a technology, travel, or financial services company
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Solid relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Data-driven and organized
• Willingness to travel up to 10-20%
• Bachelor's Degree
