Job Description

Agoda is seeking a Director of Key Accounts to support the achievement of commercial goals with hotel chain partners. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to build long-term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, adaptable, and possess a positive mindset for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of commercial strategies for global hotel chain partners
  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Lead and inspire multi-level teams
  • Work with regional teams to ensure alignment and execution
  • Oversee report preparation and data analysis
  • Provide feedback to leadership
  • Address rate and technical inquiries

Requirements

  • 10+ years in strategic/commercial leadership (OTA, travel, hospitality)
  • 5+ years leading an account management team
  • Experience managing client portfolios across multiple countries
  • Ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, SQL knowledge a plus
  • Ability to negotiate and build partnerships
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized and adaptable
  • Cultural awareness and emotional intelligence
