Job Description

Agoda is seeking a Senior Specialist / Lead, Regional Operations & Strategy to support regional management in driving performance, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives across Agoda and Priceline. This role involves project management, operations/process excellence, business intelligence/analytics, and acting as a bridge between the two companies to facilitate collaboration and achieve concrete outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-company projects
• Drive project execution
• Build and maintain reporting frameworks
• Translate data and strategy into outcomes
• Map and document operational processes
• Identify process gaps and propose solutions
• Track and analyze key performance metrics
• Build dashboards and reports
• Act as a point of contact for stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and syncs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 2-5 years of experience in operations, strategy, or analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Experience driving workstreams or projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Team player with collaboration skills
