Job Description

OpenEye is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive success across their mid-market customer segment. The role involves managing a large portfolio of accounts, leveraging data and AI insights, and collaborating with channel partners to ensure customer retention and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer success and health for mid-market accounts
  • Leverage data to mitigate churn and secure renewals
  • Design and deliver scalable adoption strategies
  • Collaborate with Channel Sales team and partners
  • Serve as key point of contact for accounts
  • Act as voice of the customer
  • Occasional travel

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Account Management (B2B tech/SaaS)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience protecting commercial health using data-driven prioritization
  • Experience with hardware and SaaS components
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with CS platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight) and BI tools (PowerBI)
  • Excellent communication skills
