OpenEye is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover Arizona, New Mexico, and Nevada. The role involves promoting and selling their video management system to commercial channel partners, building relationships with regional accounts, and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Meets and exceeds sales goals
• Delivers new channel partners
• Builds relationships with regional accounts
• Manages sales efforts
• Orchestrates regional development of key national partners
• Prepares reports and presentations
• Resolves customer issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years outside sales experience
• 3 years B2B sales experience
• Strong territory management skills
• 70-85% overnight travel
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software
• Team-oriented mindset
• Corporate level presentation/reporting abilities
• Technical aptitude
• Account development skills
