Job Description

OpenEye is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead customer relationships, driving value and ROI through strategic execution. This role involves navigating a B2B2B ecosystem, building customer success processes, and acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

  • Own overall success of a book of business
  • Develop and execute data-driven account plans
  • Drive user adoption and integration
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Partners
  • Lead Voice of the Customer program
  • Create and scale Customer Success playbooks
  • Orchestrate account health reviews
  • Strengthen customer relationships through in-person engagement

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven track record of exceeding NRR targets
  • Exceptional relationship building skills
  • Experience conducting QBRs and creating account plans
  • Strong business acumen
  • Professional communication skills
  • Experience with hardware and SaaS components
  • Familiarity with CS platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight) and BI tools (PowerBI)
