XBorg is seeking a Senior Software Back-End Engineer to build infrastructure powering fan engagement for major esports teams. The role involves shipping features, bridging Web2 and Web3 technologies, optimizing performance, and debugging/deploying code in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ship new features and AI integrations
• Bridge Web2 and Web3 integrations
• Optimize performance and fix bottlenecks
• Debug and deploy features end-to-end

Requirements

• Strong expertise in PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, and TypeScript
• Track record of shipping features to production
• Experience with API design and third-party integrations
• Familiarity with smart contract interactions and on-chain data indexing
