Job Description

AnaVation is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support their FBI team in Quantico, VA. The role involves budget execution, developing responses to budget actions, assisting with spend plans, preparing purchase requests, monitoring budgets, and tracking/reporting expenditures using spreadsheets and government financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Government Program Managers and Contracting Officer Representatives
• Develop responses to budget actions and inquiries
• Create and document program spend plans
• Prepare purchase requests and monitor budgets
• Track and report expenditures
• Coordinate equipment and material requests
• Reconcile and submit invoices
• Update project schedules and maintain databases
• Assist with report preparation
• Prepare budget data responses
• Submit equipment requests and coordinate with vendors
• Partner with COs and TPOCs throughout the procurement process
• Provide expertise in telecom circuit billing

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree
• Degree in project/financial management or related field with 5+ years of experience preferred
• 7+ years of related experience in lieu of education
• Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph
• Experience with financial management systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with PowerBI preferred
