Job Description

AnaVation is seeking a highly skilled cybersecurity-focused Program Manager to lead a team supporting a critical Information Security program. This role requires a strategic leader with strong communication and organizational skills, a cyber/information security background, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive successful execution of federal cybersecurity initiatives. PMP and CISSP certifications are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership and oversight
• Manage day-to-day operations and team performance
• Serve as primary interface with stakeholders
• Ensure timely submission of reports and deliverables
• Develop and execute transition and staffing plans
• Monitor financial status and program milestones
• Review ISSO outputs for compliance
• Coordinate training and staffing levels
• Lead quality assurance and maintain documentation
• Evaluate and support special projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field or 10+ years of experience
• 8+ years of overall experience, 5+ years in cybersecurity programs
• PMP and CISSP certifications required
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
• Project management skills (scheduling, deliverables, reporting)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of NIST SP 800-53, RMF, FISMA
• Public Trust or Secret clearance required, TS/SCI preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and program tracking tools
