Job Description

AnaVation is seeking a skilled Software Developer to join a team developing a secure application. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise applications within an Agile/Scrum environment, supporting a mission customer in Huntsville, AL.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, secure, and deploy enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis
• Lead solution architecture discussions and code reviews
• Implement and refine CI/CD pipelines
• Optimize performance at app, service, and database layers
• Mentor team members
• Collaborate with a distributed team
• Produce technical documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or related field and 5+ years of experience, or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• .NET Core, Entity Framework, HTML, JavaScript, XML proficiency
• Microsoft SQL Server experience
• Microservices Architecture experience
• Jira, Git, Git-based CI/CD experience
• PowerShell scripting/automation experience
• Experience diagnosing complex production issues
• Strong communication skills
• Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and ability to obtain CI Poly
