Job Description

AnaVation is seeking a skilled Software Developer to develop, test, and deploy secure operational applications, networks, and platforms. The role requires expertise in .NET Core and Entity Framework and is 100% on-site in Huntsville, AL or Quantico, VA. The developer will work in an Agile/Scrum environment and collaborate with a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, secure, and deploy enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis
• Lead solution architecture discussions and code reviews
• Implement and refine CI/CD pipelines
• Optimize performance at app, service, and database layers
• Mentor team members and model Agile/Scrum best practices
• Collaborate with a distributed team
• Produce technical documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or related field and 5+ years of experience, or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• C#, .NET Core, XML, WPF, HTML, JavaScript, Entity Framework expertise
• Microsoft SQL Server experience
• Angular (or Vue/React/Ember) experience
• Microservices Architecture experience
• Jira, Git, and CI/CD tools experience
• PowerShell scripting/automation experience
• Active Top-Secret clearance and ability to obtain SCI access with a CI polygraph
