Job Description

AnaVation is seeking a Cyber Threat Analyst to support a mission-critical customer in Reston, VA. The role involves creating analysis products based on cyber threat fusion, documenting cyber-attacks and vulnerabilities, and building collaborative communication lines. The analyst will conduct research on network operations and cyber warfare tactics, analyze network events, and develop technical solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Create analysis products based on cyber threat fusion
• Document cyber-attacks and vulnerabilities
• Conduct research on network operations and cyber warfare tactics

• Provide recommendations for enhancing data views
• Lead and deliver inter-discipline capabilities

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and 1-8 years of experience
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent IAT Level II
• Ability to obtain CSSP Analyst certification
• Collaborative experience across cross-functional teams
• Technical understanding of classified networks
• Experience with reporting, automation, and visualization systems
