Job Description

PTI is seeking an exceptional fundraising and development lead to spearhead efforts to grow and diversify the organization’s funding base. This role will oversee the development of a robust and sustainable pipeline of philanthropic, corporate, and institutional partners, shaping cultivation strategies and managing high-level relationships to ensure PTI’s long-term growth and impact.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to execute engagement strategies
• Identify and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals
• Build and manage a dynamic pipeline of prospects
• Develop prospect strategies and briefing materials
• Ensure compliance with funder requirements
• Manage timelines and reporting
• Optimize fundraising operations
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in institutional fundraising
• Proven track record of securing principal grants ($5M+)
• Strong strategic planning and project management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
