Job Description

The Performance Analyst provides analytical support to teams and consultants, completes investment reporting, provides client support, and works on special projects. This role involves data entry, reconciliation, analysis of asset classes, and communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Obtain client statements from investment managers and custodians
• Enter market values and cash flows into investment software
• Reconcile performance returns between custodian and investment manager
• Problem solve performance calculation discrepancies
• Gather holdings for sector distribution and benchmark comparison
• Analyze asset classes (equities, fixed income, real estate, hedge funds, private equity)
• Monitor market trends and performance results
• Participate in team projects (charts, graphs, data analysis)
• Respond to client and manager requests
• Communicate performance results to client teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Multitasking and adaptability
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to learn new software
• CRM or database management experience (plus)
• Critical thinking and self-motivation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
