Job Description

Capco is seeking a Business Analyst to work with clients in the energy and financial services industries. The role involves analysis, design, and consulting support, bridging the gap between business and technical users to accurately gather and translate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate procedures, controls, user requirements and functional specifications
• Create business requirement documents
• Document and resolve technical defects
• Analyze and propose enhancements to business processes
• Assist in conducting customer interviews and producing summaries
• Produce consulting deliverables

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience with a management or technology consulting firm is preferred
• System implementation experience is a plus
• Ability to determine business objectives
• Ability to analyze requirements-gathering processes
• Experience working with project stakeholders
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Ability to map data requirements to system fields
