Job Description

This Business Analyst position involves analysis, design, and consulting support, bridging the gap between user functionality and system developers. The role requires understanding client strategy, documenting business needs, and assisting in IT application development, particularly within the financial services or energy industry. Experience with Allegro is a must.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client meetings and workshops
• Develop and evaluate procedures and user requirements
• Document business architectures
• Resolve software defects
• Analyze and propose enhancements to business processes
• Conduct customer interviews
• Produce consulting deliverables
• Generate reusable intellectual capital
• Basic scripting and project plans

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience with Allegro implementation
• Experience configuring and extending Allegro
• Solid Business Analyst skills
• Experience leading testing and training
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Business, or Financial Engineering
