Job Description

Capco is seeking a Business Analyst to work with clients in the energy and financial services industries. The role involves analysis, design, and consulting support, acting as a liaison between business and technical users to gather and translate requirements. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and provide strategic insights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to assess and optimize business processes
• Analyze and document workflows
• Lead requirements gathering sessions
• Support technology implementation
• Provide strategic insights
• Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and vendors
• Support change management and training
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or management consulting
• Experience in energy, oil & gas, or industrial automation preferred
• System implementation experience a plus
• Ability to determine business objectives
• Ability to analyze requirements-gathering processes
• Experience working with project stakeholders
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Ability to map data requirements to system fields
• Experience with vendors such as Schneider, Aveva, Emerson, and Quorum
