Job Description

Capco is seeking Consultants and Senior Consultants to contribute to the Capital Markets Regulatory Practice. The role involves supporting financial institutions in navigating and delivering against key regulatory objectives, addressing compliance, and post-implementation issues. This position requires expertise in capital markets, strong change management experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Craft optimal strategies to solve complex client problems
• Support clients in navigating regulatory objectives
• Address compliance within regulatory obligations
• Address post implementation issues and Day 2 enhancements
• Deliver as part of a long-term strategic partnership with clients
• Support development of new client opportunities

Requirements

• Expertise in capital markets domain
• Knowledge of OTC derivatives, Fixed Income, and Equities
• Understanding of market and regulatory drivers
• Experience in regulatory-driven change
• Experience in shaping and delivering significant programs
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to build and leverage relationships
• Self-starter and team player
