Capco is seeking a Consultant to join their Wealth & Asset Management team. The role involves designing and implementing solutions for complex business challenges in financial organizations, conducting research and analysis, facilitating client interactions, and contributing to practice growth. The consultant will work in a fast-paced environment alongside industry experts to become proficient in financial products, processes, and technology.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in wealth or asset management
• Experience in management consulting or similar roles
• Knowledge of wealth or asset management products and platforms
• Proven project delivery success
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree required
