Job Description

Capco is seeking an ETRM Business Analyst with a strong background in Power markets and ETRM systems to support trading operations, enhance systems, and ensure integration with business processes. The role involves collaborating with traders, risk managers, and IT teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, analyze data, and provide training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with traders, risk managers, and IT teams to gather and analyze business requirements
• Design, develop, and implement ETRM solutions
• Analyze trading data, market trends, and risk factors
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Develop and maintain documentation
• Provide training and support to end-users
• Identify process improvements
• Assist in testing and validation of system upgrades

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in energy trading (power trading focus)
• Strong understanding of ETRM systems
• Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and reporting tools
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements is a plus
• Management Consulting experience is a plus
