Job Description

Capco is seeking an experienced ETRM Project Lead with a strong background in Power Markets and ETRM systems to manage programs enhancing trading and risk management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in front and middle office operations and will lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion
• Utilize understanding of power markets to drive project success
• Optimize trade flow processes
• Implement and enhance ETRM systems
• Gather requirements and define project scope
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Provide project updates to senior management
• Support sales activities

Requirements

• 12-15+ years of project management experience in the energy sector
• Proficiency in ETRM systems (OpenLink, Allegro, Endur)
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership skills to motivate cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
• Excellent communication skills
