Job Description

This role focuses on implementing business and technical requirements through the configuration of the FAST Policy Administration System (PAS). The analyst will partner with system vendors and client experts to determine the best configuration options and leverage insurance expertise to bring value to clients.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enhance the FAST PAS
• Develop experience with FAST PAS configuration
• Support adherence to FAST configuration standards
• Improve business processes, data integrity, and consistency
• Provide clear communication on implementation status
• Collaborate with insurance product experts
• Collaborate with solution architects and developers
• Provide solution options and recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field
• 0-1 years of experience with FAST Policy Administration System configuration
• Proficiency with MS Excel
• Working knowledge of XSLT, XML/Json, Rest/SOAP APIs, and SQL
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of development and deployment lifecycles
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
