This role involves advising global banks and capital markets firms on transforming their payment capabilities, leading engagements focused on strategy, operating model design, regulatory readiness, and technology enablement within the institutional payments landscape. It combines domain expertise with consulting acumen to deliver high-impact solutions in a rapidly evolving payments ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on institutional payment strategy
• Advise on payment infrastructure upgrades
• Develop business cases and implementation roadmaps
• Produce white papers and client presentations
• Represent the firm at industry events
• Support business development efforts
• Mentor junior consultants
• Work closely with technology, risk, and compliance teams
• Partner with product and operations leaders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
• 8–12 years of experience in institutional payments
• Strong understanding of payment systems and regulatory frameworks
• Experience advising on digital transformation
• Familiarity with capital markets payment flows
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Proven ability to lead client engagements
