Job Description

The Regional Energy Lead & Client Partner is a strategic business leader responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of accounts for the Energy Practice of Capco with a focus on Utilities. This role involves leveraging relationships, building a pipeline of opportunities, managing the regional go-to-market plan, and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Capco’s energy business in the United States
• Lead opportunity origination and pursuit
• Build and manage a team
• Take ownership of revenue and sales targets
• Manage P&L for accounts
• Ensure quality execution of delivery teams
• Lead delivery of Capco services
• Strengthen company culture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 15 years of consulting experience in North American Energy & Utility space
• Proven track record of building consulting business
• Strong understanding of Digital, Technology, and Consulting services
• Experience in three or more primary systems/functional areas within energy companies
• Understanding of technology landscape within Energy & Utility
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
