Job Description

As a Senior Consultant on the Banking and Payments team, you will collaborate with industry experts to develop strategies for solving complex client problems. You will influence decisions made by managers and executives, and contribute to broad-scale programs by providing insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support client discussions on sales, servicing, and transactions
• Develop frameworks and solutions for business process or technology systems
• Measure performance and forecast improvements based on recommendations
• Facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams
• Leverage agile and modern software delivery techniques
• Produce insights and recommendations to improve client performance
• Build new solutions and consulting approaches

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in financial services or management consulting
• Broad financial services knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead teams and deliver quality work on time
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
• Bachelor's degree required
