Capco is seeking a Senior Consultant to join their Banking and Payments team. This role involves working with clients to develop strategies, solve complex problems, and implement innovative solutions within the financial services sector. The consultant will lead discussions, develop recommendations, and collaborate with business and technology teams to achieve client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support client discussions

• Assist in measuring performance and forecasting improvements

• Leverage agile and modern software delivery techniques

• Build new solutions and consulting approaches

Requirements

• 5+ years of banking experience
• Experience as a business analyst, project/program manager, or internal consultant
• Broad financial services knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• People and project management skills
• Effective communication skills
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher
