Job Description

As a Senior Consultant, you will work with industry experts to develop strategies for solving complex client problems in the banking and payments sector. You will lead or support engagements focused on credit card strategy, digital payments, and modernization of core card systems, influencing actions taken by managers and executives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead/support client engagements in credit card strategy and digital payments
  • Develop frameworks and solutions for business/technology challenges
  • Define strategic roadmaps for modernizing card systems
  • Analyze credit card value chains
  • Lead assessments of payment systems
  • Assist in measuring performance and forecasting improvements
  • Facilitate collaboration between business and technology
  • Leverage agile and modern software delivery techniques
  • Produce insights and recommendations to improve client performance
  • Build new solutions and consulting approaches

Requirements

  • 5+ years of financial services/management consulting experience
  • Experience in banking, cash management, and merchant services
  • Expertise with major card networks (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
  • Experience with payments architecture
  • Consumer/Small Business Deposit Payment Products experience
  • Understanding of legacy and emerging payment areas
  • Strong familiarity with PCI-DSS and regulatory frameworks
  • Expert knowledge of Agile and SDLC principles
  • Ability to lead teams
  • Bachelor's degree required
