Job Description

As a Senior Consultant, you will work with industry experts to develop strategies for solving complex client problems in the banking and payments sector. This role involves leading client engagements, developing solutions, and modernizing core card systems to enhance client performance and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead/support client engagements in credit card strategy, digital payments, and market expansion
  • Develop solutions and recommendations for business/technology challenges
  • Define strategic roadmaps for modernizing card systems
  • Analyze credit card value chains
  • Lead assessments of payment systems and customer journeys
  • Assist in measuring performance and forecasting improvements
  • Facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams
  • Leverage agile and modern software delivery techniques
  • Produce insights and recommendations to improve client performance
  • Build new solutions and consulting approaches

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in financial services/management consulting
  • Experience in banking, cash management, and merchant services
  • Expertise with major card networks (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
  • Experience with payments architecture
  • Knowledge of deposit payment products
  • Understanding of legacy and emerging payment areas
  • Strong familiarity with PCI-DSS and regulatory frameworks
  • Expert knowledge of Agile and project management principles
  • Ability to lead teams
  • Bachelor's degree required
