Capco is seeking a Senior Consultant to shape the future of the financial services industry by advising senior executives, driving complex programs, and designing next-generation platforms within the Wealth & Asset Management practice. The role involves leading workstreams, delivering impactful programs, and contributing to the growth of the practice through solution development and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements
• Deliver programs across strategy, operations, technology, and organization design
• Develop data-driven insights and recommendations
• Drive business development efforts
• Contribute to practice growth through solution development
• Support internal business strategy
• Develop and share thought leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or wealth/asset management
• Strong understanding of wealth or asset management
• Proven track record of successful project delivery
• Comprehensive understanding of financial services
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and adaptable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred
