As a Technical Recruiter, you will drive talent identification and attraction strategies for contract roles across technology consulting, focusing on areas like software engineering, data & analytics, AI/ML, cloud, and emerging technologies. This role involves building partnerships with business leaders, managing vendors, ensuring compliance, and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Experience with high volume recruitment
• Experience recruiting for Java, Python, data engineering, AI/ML, cloud roles
• Prior vendor management experience
• Familiarity with visa requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
