Job Description

Capco is seeking a Senior GenAI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy generative AI solutions, leveraging foundation models and agentic AI systems. The role involves working across the entire AI lifecycle, from research to production, and contributing to transformative projects.

Responsibilities

• Build applications leveraging foundation models and GenAI techniques
• Develop autonomous agents using agentic frameworks
• Implement MCP integrations and Python solutions
• Create scalable REST APIs and deploy AI workloads
• Apply LLMOps/MLOps best practices
• Work across teams and mentor others

Requirements

• Degree in CS, AI/ML, or related field
• 5+ years of AI/ML software engineering experience
• Production experience with LLMs and agentic systems
• Strong MCP knowledge and Python expertise
• Experience with embeddings, knowledge graphs, and RAG
• Full-stack skills
• Cloud deployment experience
• Familiarity with LLMOps tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
